BucketBall Warranty Policy
Any BucketBall Game Set purchased after November 9, 2016 is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty Program. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Program only covers products purchased on BucketBall.com
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Program only covers products purchased on BucketBall.com. For those seeking bucket replacement we will replace any part(s) damaged under normal use. If a part becomes damaged, please contact us and send us a picture of the damaged part, your order confirmation number, and your shipping address. For your first warranty claim, we will cover the cost of shipping the part to you as long as the shipping address is within the Continental USA. Any address outside of the Continental USA, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges.
After the first warranty claim, we will replace damaged part(s) free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges vary based on location and will be determined at the time the warranty claim is processed. Parts will only be replaced if we have inventory. However, we will replace parts once we receive more inventory. Discontinued product parts will only be replaced if we have a similar replacement part. This program EXCLUDES the replacement of BucketBall Game Balls.
Within the first 60 days of purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may return the product to us for a full refund. After the first 60 days of purchase, we will no longer provide a refund. However, our BucketBall Game Sets purchased after November 9, 2016 are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty Program.
